NFS problem

I am trying to nfs mount from an AIX box to the Solaris server. When I do
this on my Solaris server:

My_server:>mount -F nfs nfssrv:/usr/web /comm

nfs mount: nfssrv: : RPC: Rpcbind failure - RPC: Timed out
nfs mount: retrying: /comm

My Solaris box server rebooted and this problem appeared. This was a working
nfs mount before the reboot.

Any ideas?
