Hi all,
I am trying to install Solaris 9 with limited packages and utilizing the
SunScreen firewall. I have gone through and eliminating some...but one
thing I am finding is that during the install process the dependencies are
not always easy to resolve. There are obvious ones and then not so obvious
ones that can be difficult to find. In ealier releases the dependencies
were shown as you selected/unselected an package.
Another thing that I am finding is that it is not always reliable.
Is there a document out there that shows which package depends on which
package? I have found a document that state which package is installed as
part of each bundle but that is about it.
