Web start flash installation fails

I created flash archive on one of disk in our v880 (Solaris 8).
Then I tried to install Sol 8 on another v880 using the flash archive
on the disk. The installation goes ok but after a while I get a message:

fopen: No such file or directory
ERROR: Unable to unconfigure the extracted system
Unable to unconfigure the extracted system

The source solaris isn't full installation but core system + a few
additional packages (SDS etc).

What is wrong with it ?
