Hi managers,
I have been facing this problem with netscape 4.7 for
quite some time now. The OS i am working on is Solaris
2.7 with latest kernel patch (106541-20).
The netscape browser all of a sudden displays no
information or blank page when the reload button is
clicked, although it says "Document done". This
happens even when i try to open a totally new site
from a new browser window. The netscape mail also
hangs after this occurs. There is no particular
frequency of occurance for this problem, it happens as
and when.
But once this occurs, i will have to either kill all
netscape sessions and re-open a fresh one, or opening
another new netscape seesion without killing the
existing ones also works.
Hoping that you guys will help me in resolving this
issue.
