app-defaults and XFILESEARCHPATH

hello all,
i don't undestrand how it works.
We are using xfig from blastwave.
When i launch it, i see:

Warning: Actions not found: PlaceMenu, xMenuPopup
Warning: Actions not found: PlaceMenu, xMenuPopup
Warning: Actions not found: ShowNamedStyles, ZoomIn, ZoomOut, ZoomFit,

according to xfig faq, it's because it lacks file Fig.ad in
app-defaults, but this file is installed in /opt/csw/lib/X11/app-defaults

i read i have to set correctly XFILESEARCHPATH, as:
mombasa-henry% ( setenv XFILESEARCHPATH
/opt/csw/lib/X11/%T/%N%C:/usr/openwin/lib/X11/%T/%N%C ; unsetenv
LD_LIBRARY_PATH ; /opt/csw/bin/xfig )

but if i do:
mombasa-henry% ll /opt/csw/lib/X11/%T/%N%C
/opt/csw/lib/X11/%T/%N%C: No such file or directory

why?

any clue?
