how to upgrade veritas vm 3.1.1 to vm 3.2 including vxfs

Hello! We have server that needs to be upgraded the
Veritas Volume Manager 3.1.1 to 3.2. The server has
encapsulated bootdisk and the bootdisk is mirrored
too. The server has external arrays and there are
three diskgroups and no. of filesystems in the disks
in the array. Can someone please give me the procedure
on how to upgrade Veritas Volume Manager 3.1.1 to 3.2.
Please include how to upgrade the vxfs becuase all the
filesystems are vxfs except the bootdisk's
filesystems.
