Disk Device Files for XP512 Connectivity

Hello Admins,

I have a V880 running Solaris 8 and JNI Fiber Channel connected
to an HP XP512 disk storage.
The device files that I can see for the XP512 are
c5t0d1s2
c5t0d2s2
....
c5t0d112s2

All the device files have c5t0 (that is target 0).

I have to add some more XP512 disks (actually there is another SAN storage team
which will assign new XP512 LUNs to my server.
They provided me the new XP512 LUN number like
from 07 to 0F.

I have to configure the new LUNs into two configuration files
sd.conf and
jni.conf.

How do I know which target id and which LUN id should I use
into the sd.conf and jni.conf files?
Is there a formula that I could use to translate the XP512 LUN number
into Solaris device file?

Also, which is the maximum number of LUNs c5t0d?for each target (as above it was t0) - is it 128 or 256 or something else?

Thanks in advance
Marco
