All, we have a SUN 420R with Solaris 8 Rev29 partial. The reason I say
partial is because we just recently did a J2SE Recommended Patch update
which includes the Kernel Patch, server was at rev27. After the reboot
the server seems to be experiencing some confusion on its perf stats.
See Below: the vmstat shows the cpu's at idle, mpstat shows them as
busy, top states busy with a 97%iowait? but iostat shows no I/O.
