SPARCstation 5, Solaris 8 not booting

Hi managres,

 I have installed Solaris 8 on SparcStation 5. After installation system
in not boot its giving Instruction Access Exception error message.

Its happened twice, I need some help to solve this problem. Here is some
more information about the problem.
