Dear managers,
I work for a small ISP. we use Steelbelted Radius server 2.25 to authenticate our dialup users and the radius server authenticates them against information stored in Netscape Directory server 4.1
Every now and then users get dialup error message 691 while both the radius and directory server are running. I don't get the reason for that. I am not an experienced administrator of LDAP. I have tried to look in the website for steelbelted and also SUN to get info on netscape but to no avail. Please someone point me in the right direction.
