Hi All:
I would like to synchronise time/date for our unix network so I installed
ntp-4.1.1a
and set-up rc2.d file S99ntpd and upon starting this I get
[/etc/rc2.d]-> ./S99ntpd start
Starting NTP daemon, takes about 1 minute...
10 Jun 16:15:32 ntpdate[1334]: ntpdate 4.1.1a@1.791 Mon Jun 3 05:02:00 EDT
2002 (1)
10 Jun 16:15:36 ntpdate[1334]: no server suitable for synchronization found
I assume I have not set-up our time server and would like to know how to set
one up
as we have no direct access to internet from unix.
I would like all other unix desktop to synchronise time and date using one
of our server
as reference time/date server.
Regards,
