We have a StoreEdge L20 backup tape jukebox, with DLT 8000 drive. The jukebox
just came back from repair, where they replaced the drive's main board.
The jukebox's robotics all work fine, loading and unloading tapes and the like.
However, Solaris 9 does not detect the presence of the drive, even after
repeated drvconfig's and reconfig reboots. The jukebox's message log, does
report "Tape Drive Has Host Interface Fault (32)"
We're hoping to avoid having to send the jukebox back coast-to-coast to the
repair depot. Anyone seen this/know how to wake up the drive?
