Greetings!
I have a problem with the Solaris Web Start installer over a serial
connection. I'm installing a Solaris 8 05/03 on Sun Fire V210 (which is
headless). I use the boot cdrom - w command to give me the non-windows
install. I'm installing from the Install disk, and then switching over
when prompted to the Disk 1 of 2.
I get through the whole software selection, Supplemental software, disk
layout, and when it asks for "Is this the configuration you want? y/n" I
type: Y and the text percent bar is drawn across the screen, and then
it drops to the command prompt (#).
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks! I'll summarize the responses!
