Cannot label disk after saving new partitioning scheme

Hi,

When I try to label one of the internal 9GB disks on
my E45k , I get the error below given in "Output 1".
I am trying to do this labelling following the
partitioning and saving of partitions as given in
"Output 2".
However when I quit format comand and later launch is
again I still get back the old partitions given in
"Output 3". Is this because I was not able to label
following saving of new partitioning scheme.
I am also giving in "Output 4" the df -k output.
