web start flash error

I just created a web start flash archive for solaris8 sun4u.
Everything seems to go well with the jumpstart including the
downloading of the archive to the client. When the archive
gets 100% extracted, I get this error:

"error in unconfig_files: -4
Error: unable to unconfigure the extracted system"

Any ideas what this is caused by?
