Sendmail question

 Hi Managers,

I need some info on setting up my mail server to the below
conditions.

When I send my mail, my address should be converted to a
different address.

Ex:
     xxx@abc.com should be converted to xxx@xyz.com
When I receive my mail the same way

     xxx@xyz.com should be converted to
xxx@abc.com

Please tell me how should I go about it
I have already a sendmail
server running.Can I implement the same in the current server itself.
My
Sendmail version is 8.12
