checking send/receive queue of an udp port

If there is a service bind to a udp port, how can I check the
send/receive queue usage?

In Linux, I can use "netstat -a" to display the send/receive queue. But
in Solaris, "netstat -a" only show queue for tcp port but nothing for
udp port.

Is there any other command of 3rd party package I can use for checking this?

rgds,
Stephen Fung
