SunFire 240 Panic

Dear managers,

I just got a used SunFire 240R that is supposed to be setup for a show.
It has a GA, two disks and two CPUs. I plugged in power and started the
machine by pressing the power button on the front. Now the machine boot
cycles with a kernel panic and the massage

        Could not reset the IDE core of the south bridge!

Any ideas what to do?
