Monitor test program

Good Evening,

Can anyone recommend to me a program that I can use to test monitors?
I have approximately 24 Sun GDM-1962B 19" monitors I need to sell.
I acquired the monitors in the mid 1990s from another company that had
upgraded equipment. I basically carted off these monitors that they
would have otherwise thrown out. At the time, I had visions of
creating my own Sun / Solaris classroom in the Denver area. Alas,
that dream never materialized, these monitors have sat unused in my
basement for approx 7-9 years. The time has come to part with them;
I'd like to sell them but need to test them to ensure I can represent
them accurately to any potential buyers.

I am hoping to find a program, whether it be a source code, Sparc binary,
X-Windows or run from the plain console, to test these monitors. For
PCs, I used to use a DOS-based program to burn in / test the computer,
as well as video card / monitor. AMIDIAG was the program. That
program created various patterns (color bars, circles, lines, moire
patterns etc) on the monitor. It was more of a video card test, but
it did allow one to check the monitor too.

Will Sun Management Center and/or the diagnostic tool SunVTS test
monitors (and/or video cards)?

Does anyone know of any other X-windows or other programs that would
do a suitable job of testing a monitor?

Many thanks.
