A1000 firmware recovery!

Hi,

I've been updating the firmware of A1000 Storedge when my session has been
closed.
My Openboot doesn't recognize the Array because the flash kernel of the array is probably corrupted and it doesn't load well.

If I try to access from the console port, and if I execute a "send break" appears the shell of the Array, but I don't know any commands for this shell. Then the shell shows a message like this:

"The flash archive /FFAppl in the Symbios Logic Series 3 is corrupted and the array it's in a wrong loop booting mode."

Somebody knows how can I recover the firmware of the controller?
Are there any jumper to reset nvram?
Can I load flash archive firmware with bootp?

Thanks in advance. I will summarize.
