Hi All,

Im trying to configure two 3310 scsi arrays for an oracle cluster
config and a little confused re the cabling.

I wish to cross connect two sunfire 240's to the 3310's and have the
pair mirrored. - ( in event of serverfail / array fail i have redundancy
)

I've blown the preconfigured logical disk - and will pickup the disks
with VRTS

Im clustering with VTSTvcs

having looked at the dox and compared the array with a similar configi
have with two 3310 JBODs, i a little lost, however i propose to,

create single bus on each 3310 by cabling the singlebus port to CH0

then connect host1 to CH1 on each 3310
and connect host2 to CH3 on each 3310,

Then i should be able to mount up all the disks onto one box and
perform my VRTS actions,

Anyone any experience in the cabling of the 3310 scsi raid arrays ? -

For info i only have the 3310s populated with 5 disks - and do not wish
to use the harware raid - i'll mirror with volume manager

Regards

Laurence
