Fellas,
I want to know what exactly are the networking limitations when running in
Single-user mode. The S30network.sh script is quite long and seems to do a
lot. For instance I was able to mount a non-local NFS share when in
Single-user mode without having to run /etc/init.d/nfs.client (there were no
stat or lockd daemons running). However, even after running
/etc/init.d/nfs.server I was unable to export a local FileSystem (nfsd was
running after /etc/init.d/nfs.server start).
Are there any guidelines about what networking facilities are available
while in Single-user mode.
