sccheck package missing

Hi folks,

I realized with the latest Sun Cluster 3.1 with latest patches date 27 July 2004 (EIS 2.1.13), SUNWscsck was missing. I couldn't
locate this package in SC 3.1 installation cd, now I am not able to run #sccheck, please advices
