iPlanet Child process dieing

We have Sun's iPlanet web server version 6.0 with service pack 7. We
continually see a child process die. Anyone else experience similar
problems with iPlanet web server? Any remedy?

failed to wait on signals. (Interrupted system call)
[01/Sep/2004:08:31:13] failure (17826): Child process admin thread is
shutting down
