How can i know process looping?

Hi Guru:

Dose anyone who know that the way to check process looping?

Because 1 process of the 300 process obtains most of cpu resources(about
15~20%)

Source code dose not contain priority function.

OS is solaris8 and kernel is 117000-05

And anyone who knows other way to solve the problem
