Turn on Num Lock on Boot Up

This is probably a VERY easy fix, but I cant seem to find the answer
anywhere.

Several of our users have asked that when their workstation boots up,
the NUMLOCK key be turned on BEFORE they log in.

I've read that you can edit /usr/dt/config/.dtprofile to turn the
NUMLOCK on AFTER the user logs in, but they would like it turned on
BEFORE they log in (just like *SHUDDER* Windows).

Is there an nvramrc option I can enable in Openboot or a flag I can set
in /etc/system?

Will summarize,
Thanks!
Jason

P.S. Solaris 8 12/02 on Blade 100/150s.
