RAMDAC test failed for Creator 3D in Ultra 60 (sunvts)

Hello Managers,
I am running SunVTS 4.5 diagnostic test on an Ultra 60
running Solaris 2.8. It keeps failing with the
following
error message:
A Base backplane was not detected in this system
SunVTS 4.5 VTSID 6218 ffbtest_RAMDAC
ERROR fbs/ffb0: RAMDAC test failed
The onscreen image in Sep 8 mode is incorrect
Probable cause:
 1. Faulty frame buffer
Recommended Action:
 1. If the problem persist, contact your Sun Service
Provider

I already replaced 2 Creator 3D card, and the result
is still the same.

Does anybody know if this is the bad frame buffer or
is there a bug in the SunVTS software (I could not
find it in sunsolve(tm)?
