Script with cron does not work.

Hi to all gurus,

with your help manage to work with the script

/ircl1/bin/exp userid=system/maheshadmin file=`date '+%m%d%y'`.dmp full=y

but when the script is run form the cron the script gives an error

/var/spool/cron/crontabs/exp2.sh: date: not found

and the file give an output in the a .dmp file instead of the date as the
name of the file.
