Can someone spare me a bit of time for a bit of disksuite assistance
please?
Out of practice through years of veritas use and the new Solaris 9 SMC GUI
doesn't
seem to work.
I've got 4 internal drives on a V880 currently in a RAID5 config and the
performance
sucks. I want to tear this down, mirror the drives in to pairs and then
concat those pairs.
I then want to sling a couple of volumes on top, preferably striped across
the mirrors.
Currently d50 is the RAID5 set with two soft partitions d51 and d52 within.
I'm guessing
I can just run "metaclear -f d50" to trash the RAID5. I just need to know
what's next
please.
