Dear all,
I have a problem with NIS client on solaris 8. The error message is
RPC failure: "RPC failure on yp operation"
The NIS server is Microsoft SFU 3.5. The same server works fine with linux
client. I am enclosing the truss output of ypcat passwd command. getent
works fine. My /etc/hosts and /etc/nsswitch.conf are configured right.
Please help me resolve this
