boot to cdrom

I am trying to install Solaris 9 on a E250 server. When I try to boot
to the cdrom using "boot cdrom" at the EEProm I get the following
message:
 
Rebooting with command: boot cdrom
Boot device: /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@6,0:f
Drive not ready
 
Any help would be appreciated.
