Solaris 9 install server

From: Andreas Hoeschler (ahoesch@smartsoft.de)

Dear managers,

thanks for your responses so far. Anatoliy Lisovskiy suggested to run
the boot command as follows.

        ok boot net -rva

This gave me a bunch of more messages (appended below) than I usually
get, but did not get me any further. It still hangs after

...
Executing SolStart preinstall phase...
Executing begin script "install_begin"...
Begin script install_begin execution completed.

Until now my install server approach has always worked. However, this
is the first time I try to install Solalris 9 and this is also the
first time the cient machine has a DiskSuite RAID on it (old Solaris 8
installation). May be I should format the disks before I try the
installation. How can I do that? The Netra has no CD-Rom so I have to
boot with "boot net". Can I format the disks from the ok prompt?

Thanks a lot!

Regards,

   Andreas
