Box goes down to OBP level -- but why...?

Guruz,

One of our V240s always goes down to OBP when I unplug
my console cable from its serial mgmt port.
I havn't such an experience before, it's something new
for me...

It's just very the same like when I unplug the
keyboard from an Ultra 10 without previously issuing
the kbd -a disable command.
