Hi all,
Has anyone else seen gfx/X related crashes of SB1500, XVR-600, running
Solaris 9 4/04 with a recent recommended patch cluster?
Running a particular software package (which runs fine on older machines
such as SB100 and U-60), the display locks up occasionally, both keyboard
and mouse stop working (mouse pointer moves, but that's all). One can log
in remotely and kill the user's processes, but Xsun is unkillable (tried
all of HUP QUIT INT TERM KILL). Even /etc/init.d/dtlogin stop doesn't unfreeze
the display, and the only way out is a reboot.
Any ideas?
