raid on solaris 8

I have a large raid array on a Solaris 8 box. It is configured as two
logical units (0 and 1) on a single SCSI ID. My clean Solaris 8 install
sees the device and the files on lun 0 just fine, but it doesn't see the
lun 1.

I searched this list's FAQ and there are no references to luns there.

Where/how do I add another lun to this SCSI device?

Also, due to legacy app problems, I may have to put Solaris 2.6 on this
machine instead. If that is the case, how do I add the same for Solaris 2.6?
