Good Monday morning to all!
I have several Sol 8 machines, mostly U10/30/60s installed with up-to-date
patches, which often run into a probelm where Xsun starts running at 99
percent, which causes the user's screen to hang.
The only solution I know of is to kill -9 Xsun.
PID USERNAME LWP PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE TIME CPU COMMAND
8291 root 1 30 0 143M 53M run 13:16 99.15% Xsun
Since this seems to happen quite frequently, has anyone seen a solution. I
tried patch someone recommeneded awhile ago, but it made no difference. I
fail to remember what the patch # was though :(
Thanks in adv., for any help?
Regards,
Simon.

Sysadmins should establish policies on their machines and nobody else. Do
