Problem with Sun Qlogic HBA and Brocade 12000

We have a Sun 6800 with two domains. Each domain is running Solaris 8 with
Sun branded Qlogic Dual Port HBA cards.

Both Solaris systems have the same patches and are running Sun SAN 4.3 with
MPXIO on and auto-failback enabled.

SunOS xxxxxxxx 5.8 Generic_117350-04 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire

Last Sunday we migrated from Brocade 2802 1GB switches to Brocade 12000 2GB
switches. After migration we began getting the following errors:
