snoop and outgoing packets

Hi Folks,

I'm still trying to fix my "IP conflict with itself" problem, and I'd like
to use snoop for sniffing packets sent by the server. I'm just wondering
from where snoop will take the outgoing packets. I mean will it capture
them from the network (like any other sniffer) or will it take them from
the ethernet driver's output buffer.

My idea is to check with snoop plus another sniffer in the network, if all
what is on the network with the server's mac address as source, is what the
server actually sent...
