Where can I find the SSA firmware upgrade?
My E4000 keeps telling me to upgrade the firmware
from the current 3.11 to 3.12 at boot time.
This E4000 server running Solaris 2.8 is connected
to 2 SSA 112 storage arrays (old 25 MB interface)
Where can I find this firmware? How do I upgrade?
Is there any problem after upgrading to 3.12?
Is there any Sun patch associated with this firmware?
Can my old SSA 112 supports disks bigger than 2.1 GB?
I've seen some online/offline problem while booting
the
SSA. Can the firmware address this problem or do I
have
to replace the fiber channel adapter?
And lastly, if I upgrade the fiber channel interface
(currently using the 25 MB pn 370-1426) to use the
100 MB interface, PN 370-2303, will it work with the
SSA storage array (currently using the 25 MB FC
adapter pn 370-1426)?
