Hi,

I have a T4(6120) in HA conifguration (2x2) hooked up to two v480s.
i have configured volumes and slices on the T4. I've set lun permissions
to rw for all LUNs.

I can see the LUNs however everytime servers boot i get this warning:

Configuring the /dev directory (compatibility devices)
WARNING: /scsi_vhci/ssd@g60003ba4e808100040f6169a000874b5 (ssd3):

WARNING: /scsi_vhci/ssd@g60003ba4e808100040f61046000de0ed (ssd5):

When i do luxadm display on the above disks i get following error:

# luxadm display /dev/rdsk/c4t60003BA4E808100040F61046000DE0EDd0s2

Both HBAs are in 66Mhz PCI slots. When i do luxadm display on the same
disk second time, the error disappears and doesn't not occur until next
reboot. I can partition, newfs and mount the LUNs error refers to and it
works just fine w/o any warning or errors.

After looking at the problem i figured that the error appears only for
LUNs that have their primary path through the HBA in PCI slot 1 (and i
know that it works, because when i had second HBA which now is in PCI slot
0 in slot 3, it worked just fine and errors appeared only for LUNs having
primary path through HBA in slot 3 ) and alternative master controller on
T4 (?).

Just in case it helps, i provide info on volumes and LUNs configured
together w/ permissions:
