I am unable to find a document on the Sun site about this issue. I am in need
of removing the duel partition on our 6800. I would like to verify steps that
I think that I need to perform to bring the system back to a single partition.
Currently the system has domain A in partition 1. Domain C and D are in
partition 2.
I am on firmware 5.15 (I think)
Steps:
do one more dumpconfig for safety
clear off Domains C and D
setkey off domains C and D
delete boards from C and D
setkey off Domain A
get to the platform
run setupplatform and return thru all questions (to retain what is already
there) and answer partition question to not do duel partitions
reboot the controller
addboard to Domain A
setkey on domainA
add any boards from domain
Is this the procedure? Any advice greatly appreciated.
