Hi list,
we use Veritas for striping/mirroring.
I need to configure a dumpdevice... you can imagine why...
Is it a good idea to use the (Veritas)swap Device given by swap -l as
dumpdevice?
Google searches intend to use an own Partion because you can never know
if the Vx workes correct...
But we haven't any free disk(space) for that..
Another Idea is to use one of the /dev/dsk files, encapsulated by VX as
swapdevice, to dump to.
But is it save?
