Boot Problem Ultra - 2

HI Gurus!

I've got an Ultra2 that was working fine and suddenly the boot process
hangs, It won4t boot either from CD or from the Solaris 8 that is
installed on the hard drive.

I copy-paste the boot process:

Sun Ultra 2 UPA/SBus (UltraSPARC 200MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 3.11, 128 MB memory installed, Serial #8788366.
Ethernet address 8:0:20:86:19:8e, Host ID: 8086198e.

Any ideas?
