File Transfer Problem - Solaris 5.9 to Digital UNIX 5.1B

We have a problem whereby we can copy files from other Sun servers to the
identical Digital UNIX servers just fine, but when copying from one Sun box
in particular to ANY Digital UNIX server using FTP, RCP, etc., the file
transfers are *extremely* slow.

The Sun server in particular that is slow copying to Digital UNIX OS copies
just fine to other OS.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?
