V440 ce1 not recognized - solution

Hi

Here is a description of why ce1 interface wasn't found and how it was
solved:
The Solaris OE on the problematic V440 systems was actually installed on a
different system that in addition to the 2 onboard NICs also had 2 GigaSwift
PCI NICs. Solaris installation gave the following numbers to the NICs:
- Onboard NIC 1: ce0
- GigaSwift PCI NIC 1: ce1
- GigaSwift PCI NIC 2: ce2
- Onboard NIC 2: ce3
The NICs numbering is written in /etc/path_to_inst when Solaris OE gets
installed. When the disk was moved to the problematic computer (that didn't
have the GigaSwift PCI NICs) it kept the numbering (because I didn't alter
the /etc/path_to_inst). Altering the /etc/path_to_inst instance number on
the right PCI device (in this case "/pci@1f,700000/network@1" on line 45)
from 3 to 1 and rebooting solved the problem.

BTW: `boot -- -r` that rewrites /etc/path_to_inst didn't solve the problem.
