V880 serial connection?

Guruz,

I need to connect our V880 to a Cisco access server
via an ethernet cable connection.
The problem is, that the V880 has only one serial
port and it's not an RJ-45 one but a 25 pin serial
port.

I have a converter from that 25 pin serial to an
RJ-45 but it doesn't work.
If I just plug the cable to the converter, I still
can't connect to the server.

Do you have any idea on how can I solve this issue?
