Legato - bootstrap backup fails

Hi,

I have a problem configuring our storage node for backup of the
bootstrap file.

Our config (simply) follows:

Legato 6.1.4 with 112962-10 applied on both nsr_server and Storage Node.
L700 jukebox - latest firmware 6.0.3.0
Mixed media - LTO1 & LTO2 environment
Storage Node enabled to control 4x LTO2 drives
nsr_server enabled to control 4x LTO1 drives

The actual backup of client and index filesystems via the Storage Node
works just fine.

The problem appears when backing up the bootstrap file when it tries
to go back to nsr_server. I have plenty of media available to do
this and of course all the drives are online and ready to receive data.

The error appears as follows:

nsr_server:~ 133# savegrp -c myclient Index-daily * nsr_server:bootstrap save: error, no matching devices; check storage nodes, devices or pools
* nsr_server:bootstrap save: Cannot open save session with nsr_server
06/24/04 20:14:44 savegrp: nsr_server:bootstrap will retry 1 more time(s)
* nsr_server:bootstrap 1 retry attempted
* nsr_server:bootstrap save: error, no matching devices; check storage nodes, devices or pools
* nsr_server:bootstrap save: Cannot open save session with nsr_server
06/24/04 20:14:44 savegrp: nsr_server:bootstrap will retry 0 more time(s)

The client is configured to backup to my Storage Node Pool, that has
the 4 LTO2 drives assigned to it. The SN only has the 4 LTO2 drives
assigned, while the nsr_server only has the 4 LTO1 drives. All pools
have media segregated thus.

I have ensured that in the client "Storage Nodes" attribute that I have included
both my nsr_server and the Storage Node host name but it seems to not make
a difference in spite of the documentation.

Can anyone please advise? I have followed the instructions in the
documentation quite closely but I can never get the bootstrap to backup
for my Storage Node Pools. This is becoming urgent as I need to move
many clients to the Storage Node for Capacity reasons (I am running out of
LTO1 tapes!).

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
