I'm running an antique version of VCS (1.1) on a 6500/4500 pair. The
second node in the cluster will not join, and GAB seems to be
implicated. When I do a gabconfig -a on the secondary node, I get the
following:
bash-2.03# gabconfig -a
GAB Port Memberships

Same thing on the primary node gives me:
bash-2.03# gabconfig -a

It's obvious that VCS is not started on the secondary node from this -
the system just hangs out at "Waiting for cluster membership", and
doesn't open GAB port h. I'm under the impression that it's trying to
get GAB membership in the state of "Waiting for cluster membership".
It's obvious that LLT is working, because GAB is working, but here's an
lltstat -nvv (from the secondary system - it looks the same on the
primary):

When attempting to do an hastop on the secondary system, it just hangs.
Killing hashadow and had, and doing hastart, seems to work (getting me
to the point of waiting for cluster membership). Any advice that anyone
could give would be much appreciated.
