SunVTS 5.1 PS5 and ramtest

I am having some problems related to RAM on a Ultra 10. I would like to
test the ram using SunVTS 5.1 PS5 and the new ramtest option (running
Solaris 8 02/02). The ramtest option is greyed out. I can not find any
information why it is greyed out.

Does anyone know? Not supported on Ultra 10's?
