Sun 440 server drops to 0k prompt

I have two Sun 440 file servers. Both are similiarly configured. I am
running Solaris 9 12/03 with the March 04 recommended patch cluster.
Both have fiber channel attached 3510 storage devices. Server A has a
tendancy to reboot itself almost every Saturday morning. Due to
Security concerns, Server A has a prom password, when it reboots, it
waits at the "ok" prompt for a manual start-up. Server B does not, in
fact it has never rebooted itself period. It also has a prom password.
Coming to work every Saturday morning to reboot the server is becoming a
pain.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this type of behavior and it so,
what was done to correct it.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions / responses. I will summarize.
